Returns

We can only accept returns for goods that have arrived damaged. If you need to return a damaged product please contact us first. It is important to notify us of any returns within 7 days of receiving your order. Failure to do so may result in your return not being accepted.

Permits are sold online and are issued by by email. Permits are non refundable and non transferrable. Only where there is satisfactory proof that a permit was purchased in error will “returns” be accepted.
