Ballina Salmon Anglers Association

Inland Fisheries Ireland is selling permits online for the Ballina Salmon Anglers Association, at their request, to facilitate access to the fishing.

This association water comprises approximately 5km of double bank fishing from the weir in Ballina to the confluence with the Corroy River.

Most of this stretch consists mainly of deep, slow flowing water and is suitable for angling with bait and spinner, although the bubble and fly method can also be very effective here.

Seatrout are also caught in this stretch.
